Turtle Patrol

Milford Daily News did a story a few weeks back with some photos I took of an enormous snapping turtle in Holliston. These turtles are so prehistoric-looking—I suppose maybe they are—and I love their giant beaky lookin’ faces. I was hoping this mama turtle would try and bite my lens when I put the camera 6 inches from her mouth but I had no such luck; I think she was too intent on finding a good spot to lay some eggs.
